Shipping & Refund Policy

  • As everything is made to order, all sales are final; with no refunds, no cancellations, and no returns.
  • The current production timeframe is 6-8 weeks. Keep this in mind when placing an order. Item will be shipped after the production timeframe. Please let us know if you need the item by a specific date.
  • In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery and a refund will be issued after it is shipped back to us.
